Online Therapy

Ukrainian firefighters now have access to free confidential and flexible online therapy sessions. Delivered by experienced Ukrainian mental health professionals, these sessions are designed to address trauma, stress, PTSD and other challenges that you may face as frontline responders.

With a focus on convenience and accessibility, this service ensures firefighters can seek support on your terms, empowering you to maintain your mental health and resilience while continuing your critical work.

This comprehensive online toolkit includes self-help guides, stress management techniques, mindfulness exercises, and advice tailored to the unique challenges faced by emergency responders.

Accessible anytime, the toolkit empowers firefighters to take proactive steps toward improving your overall well-being, ensuring they can continue your vital work with strength and confidence.

If you, or someone else is in immediate danger or requires urgent medical assistance, please contact the appropriate emergency services via 112.

Viktoriia Kryvolapchuk

“We are here to support rescuers without judgement when they need us. I feel incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to make a difference, and to know that the efforts of both myself and my team are helping transform the way our ‘heroes without weapons’ experience support, recognition, and care. Everyone needs a safe space and someone who will listen, understand, and help them preserve their inner strength, resilience, and belief in themselves.”

Amidst the smoke, fire, collapsed buildings, and the constant effort to save lives, it’s easy not to notice when the ground beneath your own feet begins to disappear. The professional support of a psychologist makes it possible to rebuild that foundation, regain your footing, and stand firmly, even in the most unpredictable situations. Thank you, Viktoriia!

Working in the field of civil protection and helping others, you sometimes forget about your own psychological state. War, constant stress, great responsibility and emotional load gradually accumulate. There comes a time when you realise that you can no longer cope on your own. It was during this period that I turned to Brave Minds and received support from psychologist Victoria. She did not give ready-made answers or universal recipes. She listened carefully, asked the right questions and helped to find solutions on her own. For me, this support was exactly the resource that was needed at the most difficult moment.
